LOCATION
Casa Charmosa is a spacious open floor plan corner apartment located in the town of Carvoeiro and is in walking distance to many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Step outside the front lobby onto Rua do Barranco for a quick 5-minute walk to the town square and Praia do Carvoeiro. This clean and updated apartment is perfect for families or couples who seek a calm and relaxed holiday in the Algarve.
Carvoeiro is located in Western Algarve and is situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful little village is 277km south of Lisbon (approx. 2.5 hour drive by car) and 65km east of Faro. This family friendly town has a Mediterranean vibe. The area is surrounded by thick sea cliffs and white homes stacked facing the Atlantic Ocean.
Carvoeiro is near some of the most beautiful locations on Portugal’s southern coast including Benagil Cave, Ponta da Piedade and Algar Seco. It is also near great family attractions like Slide and Splash, the best water park of the Algarve, and Zoomarine, an outstanding theme and marine park. The village is also close to the most stunning beaches like Praia da Marinha, regarded as one of the world’s finest beaches in the Algarve, and Praia da Centeanes, a beach below a massive sandstone cliffs that tower around the golden sands and turquoise waters. You can also take a day trip to the historic town of Silves and the small fishing village Ferragudo.
ROOMS
THE PRIMARY BEDROOM
The Primary Bedroom has a double bed that provides guests a comfortable place to sleep, read a book or relax with Netflix. The room has a 40 inch SMART TV for streaming service only, an En-Suite with walk in shower and glass doors that open to a large terrace that overlooks Rua do Barranco.
THE BLUE ROOM
The Blue Room is ideal for those who enjoy their own sleeping space. The bedroom has two single beds plus a 40 inch SMART TV for streaming services like Netflix. It also has access to the large terrace that overlooks Rua do Barranco.
THE LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The apartment has an open floor plan where the living and dining rooms intersect to form a beautiful open space perfect for couples or families that want to share time together. There is a 55 inch SMART TV with cable service that includes 150 channels to choose from. The dining area has an oval table with 6 chairs, perfect for sit down meals with your family and friends. The living and dining area has access to a small terrace where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea before heading out for the day.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, tea kettle and coffee machine. There is also a large island for extra counter space. The kitchen has all necessary items like tableware, mixer, pots, pans and everything you’ll need to cook a meal for you and your entire party.
BATHROOMS
Casa Charmosa has two spacious bathrooms renovated in January 2024. Picture is of the En-Suite in the Primary Bedroom. The second bathroom is with a walk in shower located across the hall from the Blue Room.
TERRACES
Casa Charmosa has two terraces. The larger terrace can be accessed from the bedrooms and overlooks Rua do Barranco. This terrace has a dining area to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or ideal for al fresco meals and watching the world go by. The second terrace can be accessed from the living and kitchen area.
ENTRANCE HALL
The large front door opens to a spacious and inviting entrance hall welcoming you into Casa Charmosa. The room includes a telephone as an added security for you to buzz guests in to the lobby entrance.

We personally welcome you at the door and help you settle in. For added convenience, guests can self check-in for late night and early morning arrivals.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
We provide additional amenities for younger travels like high chair, crib or an extra cot (with advance notice.) We have many board games available for all ages.
SAFETY FIRST
Our home is deep cleaned and disinfected prior to every guest stay. The apartment is equip with masks, cleaning detergents and hand sanitizers.

Be comfortable all year round. The apartment has air conditioning/heating units, double glazing on windows and patio doors, and a Salamander pellet burner for colder weather.
TRANSPORTATION
