LOCATION
Casa Charmosa is a bright and spacious corner apartment with an open-floor plan, perfectly situated in the heart of Carvoeiro. Just steps from cafés, bars, shops, and restaurants, it offers unbeatable convenience for guests who want to experience the best of the Algarve on foot. Step out the front lobby onto Rua do Barranco and enjoy an easy 5-minute stroll to the town square and Praia do Carvoeiro. Carvoeiro sits along the stunning Western Algarve coastline, directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This charming village is about 277 km south of Lisbon (roughly a 2.5-hour drive) and 65 km east of Faro. THE BLUE ROOM
The Blue Room is perfect for guests who prefer their own sleeping space. It features two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm), a dual air-conditioning and heating system, and a 40-inch SMART TV for streaming your favorite shows. This room also has direct access to the spacious terrace overlooking Rua do Barranco, offering a peaceful spot to relax and take in the view.
THE LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The apartment features a bright, open floor plan where the living and dining areas seamlessly connect, creating a welcoming space for families or couples to relax and spend time together. The living area includes a 55-inch SMART TV with cable access to 150 channels, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The dining area offers an elegant oval table with seating for 4, ideal for shared meals with family or friends. Both the living and dining spaces open onto a cozy terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea while taking in the fresh air before heading out for the day.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate up to four guests, featuring an electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, and coffee maker. A spacious island provides extra counter space for meal preparation. You’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining comfortably, including tableware, basic essentials like salt and pepper, a mixer, pots, pans, and all necessary utensils. For families with little ones, a high chair is also available.
BATHROOMS
Casa Charmosa features two spacious bathrooms, both fully renovated in January 2024. The en-suite bathroom is connected to the Primary Bedroom, while the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, is conveniently located across the hall from the Blue Room.
TERRACES
Casa Charmosa offers two inviting terraces. The larger terrace, accessible from the bedrooms, overlooks Rua do Barranco and features a dining area—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, a leisurely tea, or al fresco meals while watching the world go by. The second terrace is accessible from the living and kitchen area, providing another relaxing outdoor space to unwind.
ENTRANCE HALL
The large front door opens into a spacious and welcoming entrance hall, inviting you into Casa Charmosa. For added convenience and security, the hallway is equipped with a telephone that allows you to buzz guests in at the lobby entrance.

We personally welcome you at the door and help you settle in. For added convenience, guests can self check-in for late night and early morning arrivals.

We provide additional amenities for younger travelers like high chair, crib or an extra cot (with advance notice.) We have many board games available for all ages.

Our home is deep cleaned and disinfected prior to every guest stay. The apartment is equip with masks, cleaning detergents and hand sanitizers.

Be comfortable all year round. The apartment has dual air conditioner and heater units, double glazing on windows and patio doors, and a Salamander pellet burner for colder weather.
